Today AIG decided to give their executives $165M in bonuses of the $170B given to them in the bailout. I am sorry America, Wall Street is not coming to save us. It’s time to GRUSTLE.GRUSTLE is the combination of a daily Grind (job) and a Hustle (your passion). Most people are caught between the two and are looking for a way out, but there is only a way IN: put IN work and INvest in your dreams. In my book ‘The Brand YU Life’ the first degree (or principle) is ‘Identify Your Passion’ which is the cornerstone of Grustlin’.
Definitions
Grind: A grind is a job; employment; typically your primary source of income.
Hustle: A hustle is your passion, what you would love to do full-time and what gives you the most satisfaction. It is what you typically do after you work your daily grind.Leave a comment and let me know what your GRUSTLE is!!

Hajj:
Enjoyed meeting you at SBCamp a couple of weeks ago in Southfield, and your video was very enlightening.
I’m still reading your book, and look forward to the next one from Brand Camp University. Until then keep “Grustlin”!
Best Regards

Hajj…
This is the exact reason why you are my mentor from afar!!
I have been literally using the word Grustle since I heard about it at the Forever A Lady event.
I didn’t even realize how much I live in the Grustle day to day.
I can’t wait until the next Brand Camp

I think defining a GRUSTLE is difficult. Maybe it’s because I’m in a sort of transitional period but I don’t know what my Hustle is yet.
My Grind right now is College Student. However, school has been so hectic right now. I will soon be getting a job in nuclear power.
I’m working on my hustle. I enjoy motorcycles, outdoors, beer brewing, all sorts of stuff. So I guess I’ll leave you with a question.
Can your hustle change from time to time?
Thanks,

My GRUSTLE is applying what I’ve learned in college thus far (my grind) to making wakeboards (my hustle). Hopefully I’ll be able to make a living off of my GRUSTLE.

Hajj-
As you could have gathered from my In-Class Speech, I am very passionate about the family farm (hustle), and I am trying very hard to apply what I am learning at Tech to everyday operations at the farm to increase efficiency (grind). This could definitely be considered my Grustle.
